In 2023, HiFunda was awarded a Utah manufacturing modernization grant (UTMMG)1 to purchase advanced manufacturing and quality inspection equipment.

 

The UTMMG award enabled HiFunda to become vertically integrated and to make real-time X-ray, helium leak checking, micro-laser welding, and plasma surface treating services available to other Utah research, development, and manufacturing companies.
